The Fail Safe model is built on the foundations of Four Pillars of Surah ‘Asr.

Allah SWT takes an Oath of time that humanity can never be at loss if they install the four pillars and uphold principles that are embedded in these pillars. These pillars together create the failsafe ground that allows the organization to pursue enduring success through its endeavours.

The VSM provides for a powerful means of designing a self-evolving (agile) organization.

Human organizations (like living organisms), being purposeful, must bear the capacity to maintain their identity in the face of perturbations in the environment. Therefore called as ‘self-organizing systems’, or ‘viable systems’. VSM gives us a framework to design the inter-relationship of the organizational components necessary for a system to remain viable.

The beauty of this framework is it’s entirely ‘recursive’, which means it has a fractal design to implement at all levels in the organization

The Divine has perfect control over all affairs of all creation

  1. FSM is a transcendent model recognizing the status of Divine over everyone and everything mortal
  2. FSM attempts to answer ‘WHY’ we do what we do
  3. VSM/MMF is all about ‘WHAT’ and ‘HOW’
  4. We need practical traffic rules to effect a well organized transportation. So is VSM/MMF needed to effect a well organized organization.
  5. “Momin ki firasat” is above everything else, characterized to an extent by the following superior sense of perception and cognition
    1. Mauka Shanasi: perception of moment (Tactfulness)
    2. Mardum Shanasi: perception of people
